There are thousands way to lower our body weight, from consuming weight loss medicine, strict diet to physical exercise. However, there are at least many ways to reduce our weight without doing sport or even strict diet program. What are they??

Intensive sport seems still the best way to reduce calories and our body weight. However, for people having limited time to do physical exercise, doing sport could be limiting factor to lower their body weight.

Here are our suggestions :

1. Drink Green Tea.
Green tea contains a lot of polyphenol. That contains could enhance metabolism in
our body at least 4 percents more than normal metabolism in the body. This very
essential to burn our fat.
2. Eat high protein foods.
High protein food could enhance the production of muscle in our body and decrease
the fat. Protein support raising muscle mass in our body, and muscle burn much \
more calories that fat do. Protein press our appetite, so that we feel full much
more longer than if we eat high carbs foods. High protein foods, for example, are
chicken breast meat, eggs, milk, fish,and peanuts.
3. Do not snacking in the night.
If we sleep, our body metabolism become lower. So that foods are converted to fat
in our body.
4. Avoid high sugar syrup.
I suggest to avoid it, because It is not good food at all for our body.
5. Drink water at least 8 glasses a day.
If you do not drink enough. Your metabolism will be going to slower.
6. Stop eating emotionally.
a Study shows that eating emotionally could increase food portion that we eat.
