Do you guys want to get six packs abs?
People work so hard to get six packs abs, they go to gyms to get good abs trainee.
But, you know guys, getting six packs abs is not merely depend on your training but it is a combination between trainee and good diet. You could also get six packs so fast at home!

Here are six pack diet plans:
1. Do not eat refined sugar too much
This food is high carbs food. Refined sugar could slow the process of metabolism.
2. High protein meat diet
300 grams chicken chest meat or 300 grams low fat cow meat every day. The later meat not only could burn fat but also enhance your energy by the iron in the meat. You could also substitute chicken or cow meat with fresh tuna meat.
3. Eggs
74 years old lady, Ernestine Shepherd, eat 3 egg whites in her diet to get perfect abs.
4. Avoid REFINED CARBOHYDRATES foods!!
Refined carbohydrates make our body produce excess glucose. It makes our body balancing the excess glucose by producing insulin and then the excess glucose will be saved in our body as fat!
5. High fiber vegetable diet
6. Consume not more than 5 grams salt per day
If we eat food containing too much salt, our body will be balancing by holding fat in our body. So keep low salt diet.
7. Consume fruit such us watermelon, avocado, and pear.

1. 20 x knee up

2. 20 x leg raises
3. Cycles
4. 20 reverse crunch
5. Leg on coach crunches
6. Hip trust

7. 20 x cross crunch (10 each side)
8. 20 x reach and touch (10 each side)
9. Cross leg reverse crunch
