There are thousands way to lower our body weight, from consuming weight loss medicine, strict diet to physical exercise. However, there are at least many ways to reduce our weight without doing sport or even strict diet program. What are they??

Intensive sport seems still the best way to reduce calories and our body weight. However, for people having limited time to do physical exercise, doing sport could be limiting factor to lower their body weight.

Here are our suggestions :

1. Drink Green Tea.
Green tea contains a lot of polyphenol. That contains could enhance metabolism in
our body at least 4 percents more than normal metabolism in the body. This very
essential to burn our fat.
2. Eat high protein foods.
High protein food could enhance the production of muscle in our body and decrease
the fat. Protein support raising muscle mass in our body, and muscle burn much \
more calories that fat do. Protein press our appetite, so that we feel full much
more longer than if we eat high carbs foods. High protein foods, for example, are
chicken breast meat, eggs, milk, fish,and peanuts.
3. Do not snacking in the night.
If we sleep, our body metabolism become lower. So that foods are converted to fat
in our body.
4. Avoid high sugar syrup.
I suggest to avoid it, because It is not good food at all for our body.
5. Drink water at least 8 glasses a day.
If you do not drink enough. Your metabolism will be going to slower.
6. Stop eating emotionally.
a Study shows that eating emotionally could increase food portion that we eat.

Undoubtedly, acne is found in almost every people, specially among teenagers. It could be caused by hormonal disturbance, stressed, weather, bacteria, etc.

Some people have acute acne in their face. Even they are working so hard to treat acne, the acne seems still difficult to be cured.Nowadays, There are many acne products sold in market, from acne soap to acne creams. However, some of acne removal products could not clear up the acne problems. Acne removal products may contain heavy metal, for example, mercury.

1. we suggest you to use papaya mask before sleeping. We could also use tomato mask, but we don not need to blend tomatoes for masking,we just need to slice tomatoes and paste it to our face.
2. Garlic could also get rid of acne from your face. Mask garlic and paste it to ur face or you could eat garlic to remedy acne naturally

The main caused of appendicitis is bacteria infection; however, there may some possibility initiating appendicitis. The most appendicitis cases among people are caused by fecal material. It is a common disease affecting about 8 % of people around the world.

I, my self, have been in pain caused by appendicitis. A decade ago, I live in a village where there are no good health facilities. I got severe diarrhea on that day, fever, pain on the right side of my belly. I even could not eat, sit, and walk. I drank only sweat tea for three days to stabilize my stamina. Because that day was religion holiday I can not get hospital or clinic facilities.

Three days after suffering from appendicitis pain, I got to local clinic. Surprisingly, the doctor said that I got an acute ulcerative colitis, so that, they gave me many medicines to remedy my ulcer pain. After, consuming the medicines for two days, my health was getting worse, I could not even move from my position on the mattress anymore, I was crying all the whole day, I thought that tomorrow will be my last day.

After seven days in pain, my brother living in big city came to visit us. Suddenly, He got me to the best hospital in a big city. Then, the doctor said that I should get surgery as soon as possible, he said that tomorrow could be my last day, If did not do surgery soon.

The most important think to do after getting appendicitis surgery is do not eat before you have your first fart. The doctor said that It could be very fatal or you could die caused by your food.
